REFUND POLICY

We deal with our customers over Instagram and do the animation according to our customer’s need.

This is four steps process.

Step 1: Customer selects the animation and pay us.

Step 2: Customer sends us his logo file which we wants to replace in the animation.

Step 3: We add his logo in the animation and send him the updated animation file with our light transparent watermark, so he can check how his animation will look like.

If customer is unsatisfied with the work till step 3 then he can ask for the refund and we will refund his/her amount in 7 working days.

Step 4: If user is satisfied, so we will send him the final animation file without watermark and consider this project as completed.
